Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Built Fit Golf LLC, doing business as Built Fit Golf ("Built Fit Golf," "we," "us"). They apply when you use our websites, book a call, or buy or use any of our programs, coaching or app access (the "Services"). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You agree to give accurate information, including about your health and physical limitations.

2. Not medical advice

Built Fit Golf provides fitness, mobility and golf performance coaching. We are not doctors or physical therapists, and nothing we provide is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have an injury, pain, a heart condition, high blood pressure, or any other medical condition. Stop exercising and get medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or shortness of breath.

3. Assumption of risk and release

Exercise, mobility work, strength training, power and speed training all carry a risk of injury, including muscle strains, joint injuries, and in rare cases serious injury or death. You take part voluntarily and accept all of these risks. You are responsible for using proper form, choosing appropriate weights, using safe equipment, and training within your limits.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Built Fit Golf, its owner, coaches and contractors from any claims, damages or losses arising from your participation in the Services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Purchases, billing and cancellation

  • Monthly app membership: may include a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the monthly price shown at checkout, and then each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by messaging us at [email protected]; cancellation stops future charges. Past charges are not refunded.
  • Coaching programs (for example, 3, 6 or 12-month coaching): the length, price and payment schedule are the ones you agree to at purchase. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay every installment, even if you stop using the program. Coaching fees are non-refundable once the program starts, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Prices may change for new purchases. We will not change the price of a plan you already bought during its term.
  • If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it is resolved.

5. Results

Results depend on your effort, consistency, health, age and many other factors. We do not guarantee any specific result, such as added distance, lower scores or pain relief. Client results and testimonials we share are real experiences, but they are not typical or promised outcomes.

6. Your account and our content

Programs, videos, workouts and other materials are owned by Built Fit Golf and are for your personal use only. Do not share your login or copy, resell or distribute our content. We may suspend access if these Terms are broken.

7. Text messages

If you opt in, we may text you about your booking, reminders and coaching, and, if you separately agree, offers and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Built Fit Golf is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
