This Privacy Policy explains how Built Fit Golf LLC, doing business as Built Fit Golf ("Built Fit Golf," "we," "us"), collects, uses and protects your information when you visit builtfitgolf.com and go.builtfitgolf.com, fill out a form or application, book a call, buy a program, or text or email with us.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, and your answers on forms and applications (for example, your handicap, your golf goals, and physical limitations you choose to share).
  • Program information: workout logs, check-in answers, and messages you send through our coaching app, text or email.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Website data: pages visited, device and browser type, and how you arrived (for example, from an ad). We use cookies and tools such as the Meta Pixel for this.

How we use it

  • To schedule and hold your call, and send confirmations and reminders
  • To deliver your program, review your check-ins, and coach you
  • To process payments and manage your account
  • To answer your questions and provide support
  • To improve our website, content and advertising
  • To send updates and offers, if you agreed to receive them

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about your call booking, appointment reminders and coaching updates. If you separately agree to marketing texts, we may also send offers and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do their job. These include our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), our coaching app (HubFit), our payment processor (Stripe), automation tools (such as Zapier), and advertising platforms (such as Meta). We may also share information if required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Cookies and advertising

Our pages use cookies and pixels to understand visits and to show relevant ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You can block cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as you are a client or prospect, and afterward as long as needed for records, legal or tax purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).

Your choices

  • Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of emails with the unsubscribe link.
  • Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].

Security

We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
